Recipe: Belinda’s Liquid Meal Replacement

 

I start almost every morning with this tasty drink. One glass is all it takes for my body to receive a full, daily dose of vitamins, minerals, superfoods, and antioxidants—talk about simple.   • 20 oz cups plain or coconut water  

I prefer regular water, but my husband prefers coconut.

Directions:
